The 2nd evolution on this vehicle members practiced a roof flap on a vehicle left on it's side.  Stabilization was much more important due to the "beach ball" effect newer vehicles experience with the body panel shapes, and flexibility of mild steel and fiberglass.  Several cuts were made to A, B, and C posts, plus relief cuts to fold the roof down close to the ground.  Patient access is greatly improved with this technique allowing the Medical Team full access to the patient for spinal management and extrication on a backboard.
